Once you have placed your order it is sent to what we call "make-up".

This is where your print that you have chosen and the photo that you have uploaded is joined together. In some cases a photo may need a little touching up. This is a free service.

Then the text that you have chosen is added. This is all handled by what we call a make-up operator.

Our operators ensure the highest quality is maintained at all stages of your order.

Once your print is finished in make-up it is sent to "print". We use the highest quality Kodak photographic paper for all our prints. Once again in print we maintain the highest quality.

Your print is then sent to dispatch. This is the final stage and is where the final check of your print is done.

Once all the final checks are completed you will receive a email from one of our friendly staff telling you that your print is ready and has been posted to you.

You can have real fun with the photo you take and the text.
